Research

My research is one part of a broader practice spanning neuroscience, engineering, and clinical work. I use behavioral testing, neuroimaging, electrophysiology, and computational modeling to understand cognition and to build connections between basic science and human applications.

Across my work

  1. From molecular modulation to cognitive development

How can changes in the nervous system help us understand typical and atypical development?

  2. Neural mechanisms of executive functions

How do neural circuits and activity patterns support executive functions?

  3. Measurement and modeling

How can behavior, neuroimaging, electrophysiology, and computational modeling be aligned to better understand neural function?
